Discover the exciting world of STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths – with Gatwick staff in this fun, hands-on session for young carers.
Take on real-world challenges inspired by airport operations, including building bridges, creating solar-powered vehicles, exploring water treatment and the Archimedes’ screw, and racing against the clock in a runway lights challenge.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to try something new, develop problem-solving and teamwork skills, and discover how STEM helps keep one of the UK’s busiest airports running.
- Age 5–8: Tuesday 11 August, 9.30am–3pm

Location: Gatwick South Terminal
The meeting point will be shared when your child’s place at the event is confirmed.
